Terms & Conditions

TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd is a wholesale supplier. In order to purchase goods from our company you will need to be able to demonstrate that you are a legitimate reseller with either a retail store(s) or an established retail website(s).

We reserve the right to reject any orders that we feel are not 'bona fide' retailers and to turn down any prospective customer if we feel that their location could be detrimental to the trading business of an existing customer. We do not allow any of our trade customers to resell via third party platforms including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay or Etsy.  By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Orders can be made by in person at one of our trade shows, by telephone, email, via our own wholesale platform or one of the third party partner platforms  Ankorstore or Orderchamp. 

MINIMUM OPENING ORDERS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

All of the brands that we distribute have their own recommended minimum opening order levels for new customers which is featured in the brand introduction. This ensures that each brand is properly represented in each retail location. All stockists are required to maintain a baseline inventory with a clear representation of the brand(s) in order to receive territory protection.  Accounts that are inactive for a period of six months will be closed. 

RE-ORDERS

£150 + VAT for UK Mainland / €200 Western Europe 

CARRAIGE PAID 

Orders above the following amounts ship free of charge. Below this amount we charge shipping at cost using our own carriers.

Mainland UK : £450 + VAT

Northern Ireland : £600 + VAT

Highlands/Outlying Islands : £600 + VAT

Channel Islands : £1500 + VAT

Republic of Ireland : €1750 

Switzerland : €2000

Norway  : €2000

San Marino : €2000

Liechtenstein : €2000

Andorra : €2000

Rest of European Union : €1750

Please note that large or heavy items may incur additional shipping costs outside of carriage paid thresholds.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Depending on the time of year, mainland UK orders ship in 3-14 days. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from delivery outside of estimated delivery dates.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

All orders are payable in advance either by credit / debit card or bank transfer (proforma) unless otherwise agreed. 

Card Payments - Please note that we can only confirm, process and pack orders once credit/debit cards details are received. Card details placed via our website are pre-authorised only and will not be charged until the order is ready to ship. You will not be charged for any item(s) that are out of stock. Out of stock items will be subject to re-order. Payment is processed by SagePay (see Security Policy). By providing credit card details at the time an order is placed, the buyer is authorising TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd to charge the credit card on the day of shipping for the invoice amount.

Bank Transfer / Proforma - Please note that we can only pick, pack and ship an order once payment has been received. If paying by bank transfer, please email us a copy of the bank payment instruction along with your order number once payment has been initiated. If any item(s) are out of stock they will be back ordered and dispatched as soon as they become available. No refunds will be given.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR EXISITING CUSTOMERS

Net terms of 30 days may be granted subject to the completion and approval of an account application form which is available upon request or by download from our trade website.

Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. If any item(s) are out of stock they will be back ordered and dispatched as soon as they become available.

All invoiced goods remain the property of TRS & CO (Europe) Ltd and/or its suppliers or factor until paid for in full. In the event that the TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd or its factor must use collection facilities to collect payment, TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd or its factor will be entitled to recover reasonable costs and interest on amounts due.

SECURITY POLICY

Our Payment Service Provider is SagePay (formerly Protx) - the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. SagePay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is SagePay's utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way. SagePay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the SagePay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards. SagePay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable. SagePay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation. In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL. So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.

ORDER AMENDEMENTS / CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS

Orders will not be considered cancelled or amended unless we receive written notice within five business days prior to shipping.  If a delivery is refused a restocking fee of £50 will be charged in addition to two way shipping costs. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation in writing from TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Please note we that we do not operate a sale or return policy. Unauthorised returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus two way shipping charges. TRS&Co does not cover the cost of shipping for authorised returns, this is he responsibility of the buyer. In order to receive a credit, the goods must be received in 'new' condition, in original unopened packaging.  Items that have been ticketed and not retrunable. No cash refunds will be made.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE / DAMAGES

Defective merchandise and/or shipping damages should be reported to TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd within 5 working days of receiving the order.  Please email us including full details of damage or fault, the number of items affected etc. Please retain items along with all packing material for inspection, a collection note will then be generated. All damages must be repacked to avoid any further damages and made ready for our shippers to collect otherwise a credit will not be applied. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

OWNERSHIP

All goods supplied by TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd to the Buyer shall remain the sole and absolute property of TRS & CO (Europe) Ltd and or its suppliers in law and in equity until the Buyer has paid TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd or its factoring bank the agreed price together with the full price of any other goods supplied by TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd.

COPYRIGHT

All product designs are protected under Copyright laws. Any infringement will be vigorously prosecuted.  Reproduction of any images, whether electronic or printed, is strictly prohibited without the written authorisation from either the manufacturer or TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd.

BACKORDERS

When backorders are necessary, they will be shipped as available. If the original order was over the minimum carriage paid amount, no additional shipping costs will be incurred. Backorders under £50 / €100 will be cancelled. If you require your order to 'ship complete' it must be clearly stated on your order, however please note that this could substantially delay your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

TRS & Co (Europe) Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders 

b. Administer and enhance the site and service 

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
